I could complain about the lack of sun, but really, it's ok. we're almost to the solstice. WE CAN DO IT.
Since this is a "half" version of my newsletter I'll keep it half as long!
As the year is winding down...so do the shows!
This Saturday, I'm excited to invite you again to Long Dark Moon's second full length record "COLD ATLANTIC"...releasing on cassette on December 13th at the SUNSET with BLACKSTOCK and GOLDEN WEST. I really feel this is some of the strongest material i've ever been a part of and the band is in peak form. (sometimes..we're more..casual...)

I think the best sauna I ever had was at a friend's house, during a rare Seattle snow. In between cold plunges a thin layer of ice would appear and would crackle when you plunged. exquisite.
Reb asked: "What do you think happens when you die? "
I believe that's it. the neurons stop firing and you're just a bunch of meat and bones. That said, the lasting impact OF that person continues to live through all the people they affected in their life. I find echoes of my grandparents, and my mom, and friends that have passed, throughout my life in all sorts of ways..and i'm grateful for it. So..body is gone. the impact continues.
