FRIENDS!

This is the third email. never thought i'd see the day that i'd write a 3rd email. I know you're feeling that too. exciting right?

WHAT IS AARON doing?

I'm doing more than I should but less than I'd like?

Today the sky is kinda grey, but it was blue yesterday.

My feet are working pretty well, and I'm drinking coffee.

I can't complain.

It's a weird world, a weird moment.

Anyways...enough of my ramblings... SO, what's coming up this month?

• Saturday (this one) Dec 7th @ Conor Byrne...it's the 18th Annual Tom Waits night. i love this show. every year. whether i'm playing or not. this year i'm joined by good buddies Rebecca Young and Jeff Baars. it's gonna be loose and vibey and i promised Jeff he could play "Jazz Drums"..i'm not sure what that means really, but he seemed enthused? • NEXT Friday...Dec 13th...I have the distinct honor of filling in on guitar with Jesse Bonn & The Papusas (of the Maldives) for the Moondoggies annual Xmas show at the Tractor Tavern. I've been to most of these shows over the years and i'm excited to finally play one!

• THEN: Dec 15th...i'm doing a solo set opening up for Claire Tuckers album release..this will be at Bad Bar on lower (east?) Queen Anne. Hannah Ramone will be joining on piano for this show. SUPER FUN.

• Dec 21st---it's the annual SHIT SHOW XMAS SHOW at The Rabbit Box. this is the only xmas party I want to go to.

• and then..oh my, it just keeps going.... Dec 27th at the Tractor, Aimee Zoe is having her BIRTHDAY SHOW with the Betsy Olson band...and Aimee and I are going to do a short set of ANOHNI (formerly Antony and the Johnsons) songs. super stoked to reinterpret these songs with Aimee.

• ok, last one of the year: Dec 28th @ Conor Byrne playing with Graveyard of the Pacific. This is a newer project that I've been playing guitar in. fun, post punk and i just get to play guitar! (mostly!)
